Description
GRAFF professional single-flute long twist milling cutter is made of high speed steel with 8% cobalt which removes chips upwards. It’is used in windows manufacturing technology for milling operations with soft metals and PVC profiles: aluminum, brass, PVC window profile, composite, kaprolon and plexiglass. The milling cutter is made by a full grinding method that ensures quick chip removal and high-accuracy machining. Its mill accuracy class is A1.
The milling cutter for aluminum and plastic has the following parameters: d = 6 mm, L = 100 mm, l = 45/70 mm, d1 = 8 mm.
d – diameter of the mill cutting part in millimeters; L – total length of the mill in millimeters; l – length of the mill cutting part / idle part in millimeters; d1 – shank’s diameter in millimeters.
