1. GRAFF diamond cutting disc 125×22,2×10 mm with an increased segment is ideal for cutting concrete and stone with an angle grinder. The disc is made by thermal pressing method and is designed for cutting unreinforced concrete, artificial stone, paving slabs and kerbstone. The disc is used with angle grinders and stone-cutting machines. It’s equally effective for both dry cutting and wet cutting with coolant.
2. GRAFF turbo diamond cutting disc 125×22,2×10 mm with increased segment is ideal for cutting concrete and stone with angle grinders. This turbo disc with solid edge is made by thermal pressing method and is designed for cutting unreinforced concrete, artificial stone, paving tiles and kerbstones. It can be used with large angle grinders, stone-cutting machines and petrol cutters from different brands. It’s equally effective for both dry cutting and wet cutting with coolant. The disc has holes in its body for effective cooling.
3. GRAFF diamond disc 125×22,2×10 mm with increased cutting edge height is perfect for cutting ceramic tiles with angle grinders. The blade is manufactured by thermal press method. It is designed for cutting wall and floor tiles, artificial stone and paving tiles.
Due to increased 10 mm cutting edge, the manufacturer has managed to raise tool efficiency and its service life up to 25% compared to similar discs with a standard 7 mm cutting edge height.
The disc is self-sharpened by abrasion of the diamond grit layer during operation. To sharpen it is necessary to make 2-3 cuts in silicon or abrasive stone.
