Description
We offer shortened bits PZ1x25 mm for screwdriver collet or cam chuck. They are made of special hard steel grade with a tip hardened up to 60 HRC. The bit tip is cruciform with additional centering and fixing ribs between main splines. This provides increased reliability of holding the nozzle in the fastener and makes it possible to perform installation at some angle. It eliminates panes erasing on the fasteners and on the bit itself. The bit requires a torque regulator for screws and provides lower wear rate due to improved fixation in the splines. It is designed for working only with self-tapping screws and screws with a head under the PZ nozzle.
