Description
GRAFF Master professional diamond disc is perfect for cutting asphalt and green concrete with jointing machines and gasoline cutters. The Master blade has an increased service life when cutting asphalt compared to discs for cutting concrete, the use of which is not recommended. It’s manufactured by vacuum brazing, which ensures a long service life.
Diamond disc size is 350×10х3,0х25,4/20, 350 mm – disc’s diameter, 25,4/20 mm – bore diameters, 10 mm – height of the cutting diamond segment, 3,0 – thickness of a cutting segment.
The maximum rotation speed does not exceed 5460 rpm.
The disc is self-sharpened by abrasion of the diamond grit layer during operation. To sharpen it is necessary to make 2-3 cuts in silicon or abrasive stone.
