GRAFF Master professional diamond disc is perfect for cutting marble, glass and composite materials. GRAFF Master disc is manufactured by diamond electroplating method. GRAFF diamond disc provides a clean cut and high effectiveness. The disc doesn’t jam on straight cuts and retains its linear speed due to the lateral diamond segments.
Diamond disc has the following parameters: 230 mm – disc’s diameter, 4 mm – height of a cutting diamond segment, 22,23 mm – a bore diameter, 2,5 – disc’s thickness.
The maximum rotation speed does not exceed 6600 rpm.
The disc is self-sharpened by abrasion of the diamond grit layer during operation. To sharpen it is necessary to make 2-3 cuts in silicon or abrasive stone.
