GRAFF professional diamond blade 230×10х1,8х25,4/22,23 mm is perfect for cutting ceramic tiles, granite, marble and porcelain tile. The special shape of the cutting edge allows a smooth and fast cut for hard materials such as granite and natural stone. This type of blade is used for cutting natural and artificial stone as well as ceramic tiles.
1,8 mm segment thickness enables an ultra-thin cut. The central part of the disc is thickened to give extra strength for very thin cuts.
The diamond disc has the following parameters: 230 mm – disc’s diameter, 10 mm – height of a cutting diamond segment, 25,4/22,23 mm – bore diameters, 1,8 – disc’s thickness.
The maximum rotation speed does not exceed 6600 rpm.
The disc is self-sharpened by abrasion of the diamond grit layer during operation. To sharpen it’s necessary to make 2-3 cuts in silicon or abrasive stone.
