Description
GRAFF professional diamond blade 200 mm is perfect for ceramic tiles, porcelain stoneware and marble with a 1.8 mm cut thickness for a tile cutter. The increased cutting edge height of up to 7 mm extends the service life of the disc by 20 percent, compared to similar discs with a standard 5 mm cutting edge height. The disc is made by hot pressing method. Specially selected diamond grit size allows working without chipping on granite, marble, porcelain and ceramic tiles. Due to adapter rings the blade is suitable for different bore diameters – 30 mm, 25,4 mm and 22,23 mm.
The diamond cutting disc has the following size – 200×1,8x10x30/25,4/22,2 mm: 200 mm – disc’s diameter, 1,8 – disc’s thickness, 10 mm – height of a cutting diamond segment, 30/25,4/22,2 mm – bore diameters.
The disc is self-sharpened by abrasion of the diamond grit layer during operation. To sharpen it’s necessary to make 2-3 cuts in silicon or abrasive stone.
